Is it tax-deductible?

■ Yes! All donations are fully tax-deductible. A tax deduction receipt will be emailed to you after your donation is processed.

 

Can I donate items?

■ Yes! You can contribute in two ways:

2. Drop-off donations in person at:

Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

 

Do I need to make a list of donated items?

■ Yes. Please include:

- A list of items donated

- Estimated value

- Your contact information

 

This is required for:

1. Your tax deduction receipt

2. Jamaica Customs clearance.

 

When will the items be shipped?

✈■ First cargo aircraft departs Orlando – Tuesday, November 4th at 12:00 PM.

Subsequent containers will follow immediately after.

 

When should items arrive in Orlando to be included in the first flight?

■ Deadline: Monday, November 3rd by 5:00 PM.

 

Can I volunteer to help pack the aircraft?

■■■■■ Yes! Volunteers are welcome. Efforts will take place at Atlantic Aviation in Orlando.

 

What items can I send?

■ Accepted:

- Non-perishable foods

- Clothing

- Tarps

- Generators

- Building supplies (for container shipments)

 

What items are prohibited?

■ Do NOT send:

- Weapons

- Non-pharmaceutical drugs

- Any illegal or restricted items

 

What happens when the items arrive in Jamaica?

■■ Bailey’s Task Force will be on the ground to collect and distribute supplies. The first relief site will be established in New Market, St. Elizabeth.

 

If I want to buy medical equipment, supplies, or pharmaceutical products to send, how do I do that?
